My office-mate was decorated a Halloween at work place.They all from Philippines.
Most of the material, they buy them self at nearest shopping mall.
We also ordered the Halloween stuff from online shopping like Lazada, E-bay, and also Amazon. The postage also cheap if you bought during the Sales. Its reasonable.
